Losing "stubborn belly fat"

Along with trying to lose weight and tone up in general my main focus is to loose my "pooch" as some would call it. Are there any healthy proven methods to targeting this fat specifically?

nope. Im beggining to lose mine but i imagine ill always have it as i dont plan to go to much lower.0

you just have to lose weight and you can't control when the belly goes. it is different for everyone.0

There's no way u can lose only belly fat. Once you start losing weight, the fat that u want to lose most will go away last.0

There's no such thing as spot reduction and for many people, the midsection/abdomen is the last place you'll lose it from. Read the thread linked by SueSueDio above.2
