How do you log squats without weights?? I've been increasing each week. This week I'm up to 110 per day but I'm. It doing then with weights. Also is it even worth logging if I'm not eating the calories earned from exercise?

Exercises with calorie burn estimates are all under cardiovascular.
Pick a general category - say strength training & then log the number of minutes your squats took.0 -
^^ This......you'll find that the calories expended on strength are pretty low compared to cardio activities. Even if I wasn't eating back the calories burned I'd log it.0

I do Zumba 3X a week. There is already a value for how many calories I burn. However there isn't for squats.
