    Reminds me of grad school. Used to buy canned tuna on sale by the crate. Ate it with white rice. (Low-end weightlifters diet...)

    Baked potato with plain yogurt topping,served with side of any veg mixed with small can of mushrooms.I also keep baggies of less meat veggie soup in the freezer.Goes great with tuna or egg sandwich on light bread.

    I really like the Pogresso Light Italian-Style Meatball soup. 160 calories per can, fills up a big soup bowl. Delicious!

    progresso light soups, when I don't have time to cook. Anywhere from 140-200 cals for the whole can. 2 servings! old fashioned oats, cooked with water (less than the box calls for - don't like them soggy!) with cinnamon and sweetened with no calorie sweetener - 150 cals. Shirataki noodles with light alfredo sauce or melted laughing cow cheese - under 100. My Fav: homemade roasted butternut squash soup that's really creamy without use of milk, lots of spices - 200cals.
