So frustrating. I have been staying below calories and was up 2 pounds this week! I think I am eating more carbs than I need as this week I am really feeling the belly bloat and water retention. Think for the next month I am going to give LCHF a try and see if that suits my body better.

Total January loss: 4.4. Yeah, defiantly not going to make my January goal, but at least the scale is still going in the right direction. TOM showed up, too, so maybe I'll have a good drop for next week.
Well, 1-31 ended at 155.4. Total loss of 6.8 lbs in January. It wasn't nearly as much as I wanted, but it's still more than 5 lbs down in a month, so I guess I'll take it.1 -

2-1: 156.4 (had a little jump in the scale over night. Hate those!!)
2-7: 154.6 (My birthday!! Went a little over this day because we went out to dinner AND had chocolate cake. You just CANT say not to your own birthday chocolate cake! And the cake lasted 3 days)
2-14: 153.6 (happy valentines day!!)
I really elieve this number would have been much lower if that birthday cake hadn't lasted 3 days! Lol. Plus, TOM is fixin to show up any minute)

So I've hit a small plateau. And I forgot to post on here last Tuesday, so I'm doing it today (Friday). I still weigh every day, so it was easy for me to look at my progress table and see what it was. The scale finally started moving in the right direction, so with any luck (and if I remember! Lol), when I check in on Tuesday, it will be UNDER that dreaded 152-something!0 -
