Hello y'all! Like most of you, I'm here to lose weight. Specifically, baby weight (Ive got a set of rambunctious 16m.o. twin boys and a darling 4 m.o. little girl) and the weight that comes with a crippling depression related to said babies (postpartum depression sucks).

So on top of working, taking care of my kids, and general life stress I'm currently working on a move cross country from NC to Seattle!

I could use some people to help keep me accountable so I don't give into those late night cookie cravings, or when I feel just too darn tired to go to the gym.

I want to be a good role model for my kids, and I want to get back into the best sport ever--roller derby!

    It can seem a bit overwhelming at first, but don't try to do too much at once. I try to have healthy snacks easily accessible so that I can munch on them whenever I get a craving. Feel free to add me if you like.
