Taking control and making better choices

Hi,

I have joined mfp to help me lose some weight by being more accountable for mindless eating.

I started running a few years ago, and built up to half marathon distance, but have been less consistent recently but still eat just as much!

I am trying to get back into a routine and am starting to train for my first triathlon.

It all seems quite daunting at the minute, but taking one day at a time!
