I agree, that's not normal. Psyllium is just fibre, it should not be making you swell up.

...almost seems as if OP isn't seeing/recognizing this as an ED & only telling the Dr enough (false or misleading) info to enable the problem. Not unlike the conversations happening in these two threads. Or trolling.

Someone needs an intervention imo.

First of all is this an allergic reaction to the psyllium? Please be sure that it is NOT. How long ago did you take it and how much did you take?
