How are you people are doing on your weight loss journey? What are your plans for this wonderful new year on your journey? I am still doing great! I am going to keep going strong!

    Day by day ...Definitely the best approach ....Plan & prepare ur meals ....Sucks sometimes ,but then ya won't stray & if u can go 4 a walk after u eat dinner (could be a 30 minute walk listening 2 ur favorite tunes) could burn an easy 300 calories depending how fast ur walking

    Great advice! I will have to keep this in mind. :) And you are right I do a lot of walking with listening to my music.

    Managed to lose the 20 pounds i gained over the holidays this last month now back to working on my main goal
