Weight loss standstill

Started off amazing and dropped 10lb in 2 weeks now it's took me 2 weeks to loose 1lb and can't understand why I'm doing everything the same and staying under my calorie goal and exercising !!!

Its important to not have insane goals in terms of weight loss. I mean it really depends on your current BMI, if you are close to your target weight, 1 lb can be a lot! If you are not too close to your ideal weight it might be a good target too.
I guess its one of the two things. Either you did not log your meals 100% correctly (weight them one by one strictly) or you overestimated your workout calories. I mean it could be simple water retention from high carbs too, don't panic, and keep on tracking your meals, think of this as a journey, not some 'certain months' of your life with misery.1 -
Definitely logged my meals correctly because I'm really strict with myself I know this might sound silly but could I not be eating enough I'm on 1200 a day but I always have less then that and when I log my exercise I never use the extra calories it adds on . I've got another 14lb to loose x

Then its most definitely water retention. It effects when you weight yourself a lot! Mine can fluctuate high as 2.5lb's depending on the day.
I would also add 'some' calories on your workout days. You don't wanna go in to starvation mode either. 1200 sounds a little small amount to be honest though, what are your stats? Are you following MFP goal setting?0 -
Hi yeah I'm following the MFP goal setting but the setting is on to loose 2lb per week ha ha I think I'm setting my weekly goal to high x0

starvation mode isn't a thing in the way you're saying.
OP, weight loss isn't linear, especially as a woman when you have hormones and associated water retention to work with!

Yeah honestly you should set it up as 1 lb's/ week. 14 weeks is not too bad, and that way you can enjoy the journey. A lot of people get sick of the diet and once they reach their goals, they go berserk on food , its good have realistic goals, so you can continue with it once you reach your goal. You also lose less muscle, and give your body to adjust to the change better. Make sure you add 100-200 calories, at least for your workouts too, depending on how long & intense they are.0

with 14lbs to lose, the max you should be trying to lose is 1lb per week, all you're doing now is burning muscle which means you'll lose the weight but still be squishy when you're smaller.4 -

Good, now imagine that effect, and how that effects your hormones, your metabolism, hair loss, a drop in body temperature, extreme fatigue. So thats what I call starvation mode. I am not sure what "your" interpretation is to the subject is.0 -

Sadly, the common (and somewhat silly) 'interpretation' of starvation mode thrown around, and the one I assume @TavistockToad was arguing against (since there was no precision on your part and people tend to assume worst case scenario), is that if you eat too little your body will hold onto fat, so you don't lose.0 -
With 15lbs to go, presumably close to or already in the normal weight range, reset your goals from 2lbs to 0.5 lbs a week. Accept slower progress. Use a trending weight application to record your trend. Just because you WANT to lose weight fast does not mean that losing weight fast is the best course of action if you want to mostly lose fat and achieve the best long term results.1

You really need to be eating more than 1200 gross. Eating 1200 and then exercising is a recipe for a bad time down the line.
Also think of the average losses, 4 weeks and 11lbs is a huge (and slightly worrying, even considering water weight loss) loss at your start weight.0 -

no, because you'll still be eating in a deficit.
you might see a bit of a fluctuation, but it'll be mostly water.0 -

I personally do not believe that you will loose weight in even increments week after week. Most everyone loses a lump sum at first then it slows. It will slow more for some than for others. Lots of factors.
Just stick with it, keep the exercise going and don't give up. You will get there
