center for medical weight loss.... anyone else doing this??? if so wanna how are you doing with all the liquids and almost no solid foods? i find myself starving late at night missing chewy crunchy snacks..

  • I'm currently doing the modified program which is 2 meal replacement shakes, 1 CMWL snack bar and one meal under 500 calories per day. So far, so good. My physician did give me an appetite suppressant (phentermine) which has helped A LOT. The first few days without the pill were torture! Like you, I was hungry and craving snacks. I'm currently on my third week and have my first follow up appointment this afternoon. I'm excited to see the progress!
  • I've done the modified program in the past. I just tracked the shakes and bars with the other calories. It worked for me because I'm always on the run and don't always get the chance to prepare meals. I now only do the shakes for breakfast when I am in a hurry. I only have a few vanilla left which I used to like...but now it is grossing me out!
