Looking for as much support as I can get, or can give. Please I think having support group to speak with everyday will help skyrocket our success, as I am alone out on the road, no family.
Prayers all
Patrick

We are all here for you! Being on the road all of the time must be tough.

That would be tough!! Make the healthiest choice you can for the environment that you are in!!!

I pack my hubby's lunch with healthy stuff if you want a list of ideas. He's not a trucker, but drives a service van to different locations every day.

Best wishes on your weight loss journey!!!

I'm Sending you a friend's request. If the request does not come through, please feel free to add me.

It is hard on the body when you're driving sometimes days and sometimes nights. My ex-husband and I dated and were married ten years. I know how the trucking lifestyle works. Over the years I rode a long too.

There are healthy meals on the road, you just have to be careful with choices. Parking in the last row in the back of the truck stop and walking is good exercise.

Everyone needs a support team for weight loss. That is why people are here.

    Good luck on your journey!!

    Safe travels
