I am currently doing my best to stick with the ketogenic diet it's pretty much no carbs high fat healthy fats that is so with macros it's 75% fat 20% protein and 5% carbs. There are tons of benefits from it if you want to learn more just search it on YouTube you can find tons of videos on it. Good Luck!

Not sure if you seen already or if I'm doing this right but I posted some stuff about the type of diet I am on. Been eating like this for about 2 weeks now I doubt I am in ketosis already but I do feel great and seeing a huge difference in my appetite. Sounds like you are on a similar type of diet and I wish you the best in reaching your goals.

Btw most of my intro was cut out lol. I go to say how over the past few years since 2014 I had a few injuries that had me immobile for quite some time. Unable to keep up with work and exercise I developed poor eating habits and began to overeat. This then led to depression which made things even worse. I gained close to 100lbs. Finally getting my mind right and feeling better again and able to move and exercise I decided that I have to get my life back. I want to be a better role model for my boys and a happier husband to my wife. I always knew how to eat right and get lean but it just wasn't cutting it. I recently started a ketogenic diet and love it so far. I feel great and have lost some weight. I'm now at 325 from about 346 or so. I'm sure it will be a rough journey but I'm diving in not going to half *kitten* it. I need this, I want this and I'm doing it for me! I want to meet people with similar goals and motivational stories to keep me going. I will be posting meals and pics on my wall as well as my daily routine for now until I return to work. I hope you can join me on my journey back to 250lbs of lean muscle and a much better version of myself. My diary is open to you all for tips and if you're are just curious on what the hell im eating. I wish you all the best and thank you for reading. Feel free to add me as a friend for mutual support in our journeys! Stay strong stay positive and keep your goal in mind!!!!
