    1. I love cottage cheese AND tofu. Both of these things are pretty much non-existent in Latin America. It's a bummer.
    2. I have no idea which "handed" I really am. I always though that I was an ambi and that I had been forced as a kid to write with my right hand. Then I broke my left hand playing walleyball two years ago and realized that I do EVERYTHING with my left hand.
    3. I am missing all of the organs that one can live without, except for my appendix. I am determined to hold on to that sucker!

    Oooh yes! I hurt my knee running yesterday. The pain was getting better but then I turned a corner and now it's even worse than yesterday. I assume it's a tear of some sort.

    your three items are very, very similar to mine too.

    I've hiked part of the appalachian trail and someday would love to hike the entire thing

    I too used to be shy (playing football and running into other people cured that)

    as to the 4th grade.... well, let's just say that my second try at the 4th grade were the best three years of my life!

    Hiking the Appalachian would be amazing. You should do that. I want to do the Pikes Peak hike to the top. Then maybe part of Everest. That would be cool.
