3 years ago I decided to face the music and got on the scale. I was 200 lbs over weight. In a year I lost the first 100 and then stopped. See of the emotional things that happened to me to cause the weight gain needed to be addressed. I did it. Now it's time for weight loss 2.0. 100 down 200 to go!37

So how is everyone doing? I've been kicking butt this month so far. 4.7# down as of today for a total of 14.7# since Jan 1. I just put on a pair of jeans that are a size lower and they are the skinny kind. I'm so excited. Good morning, good morning fellow LOSERS. Happy Sunday to all. I'm up and at it early today, going to get my workout done so I can get to meal prepping for the week. Got afternoon plans with my wife and our friends so I need to get my Sunday routine knocked out early. I'm going to head to the gym in a bit with my roommate, just get in some cardio and my plank and squat challenges. But I made the yummiest protein shake this morning that I'd like to share--
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 cup of milk-any you like, almond, cashew, etc.
1/2 frozen blueberries
2 tbsp of milled flax seed
ice and frappe it

Count me in! I started two months ago at 270, I've lost 13 so far with 58 to go until my first big goal - 199 - then we'll see from there. I haven't settled for a goal weight yet to be honest because I'm so focused on being under 200 for the first time since I was like 14!!
My girlfriend is vegan so we make a lot of vegan recipes that I post as well, and my diary is open!
