Success - I ate well all week and exercised for 20 minutes on 3 days.
Struggle - I've eaten chocolate almost everyday! I also lost my routines on the weekend and yesterday indulged in a Sunday lamb roast (with gravy and potatoes) and a beer (such a hot day).

I'm in! I so totally need to get back to this! After losing abut 55 lb, I kind of just fell off the wagon last summer. Got all caught up all kinds of other things and stopped making myself a priority --and I gained back 8 pounds! So here goes!

Successes / struggles this week: This was my first week back to counting calories, so I think I lost some water weight. It was also TOM when I first weighed in, so both of those things probably helped to contribute to such a big weight drop. I'm happy, I just know I have to keep it up. I have to work on eating more filling foods.1 -
