Hello,
I have my myfitnesspal synced up with my phone which automatically logs how many steps I've taken. Is this a reliable way to judge calories burned? I tend to stay somewhere between my sedentary calorie goal and my estimated net calories.

I'm not sure. I think it moves when I'm driving. I'm definitely going to see if it's reliable now that you mentioned it. Feel free to add me as a friend.1
