College Students ✌

Hey everyone! My name is Lauren and I am a college student. Just for a little background, I am fairly active. Upon entering college, I made it my mission to avoid the freshman 15, and I managed to keep a healthy weight and lifestyle through dance, ultimate frisbee, and running. That was a couple of years ago, however I still do cardio almost every day and some form of lifting, my diet is fairly well-balanced, yet I cannot seem to lose weight. Maybe it's muscle that is causing the numbers to increase? Regardless, it's frustrating because I would love to slim down a little. Any ideas? I'm fine with high intensity workouts, so please share if you have some! Would love to talk to you!

No special diet required, just track your calories1

Yeah, that's what I figured. Probably the main reason I downloaded MFP, haha! Thanks for the advice!0
