Barbells and bumper plates...or I just get out on my bike and hit the road. I use exercise to combat stress...I don't really stress eat.0

I keep my food environment pretty free of those foods...but there are mini pretzels and animal crackers at work (elementary school). So I cram them in my face. Nothing but lettuce and lean meat in my fridge.0

I can't eat cause my stomach is in knots if I'm stressed.

If I don't care about calories/sodium:
- sweets (chocolate, cookies, cake)
- nuts
- bread (with margarine and PB)
- chips, crackers
If I want to stay in calories but eat a lot of something:
- rice cakes (I bought 4 flavors last week as back up)
If I'm trying to not stress/emotionally eat:
- sit in the bedroom, cry, and do anything other than eat.self-harm0 -

I crave salt. Mostly, I've been seeking lower-calorie options: Skinny-pop popcorn, string cheese, cold veggie dogs eaten out of the package. So far, it's been working, but so far, I haven't had to deal with much stress. I suspect that stepping up my exercise has been helping on that front.0

Everything.... it's usually not the what it's the quantity and YES it's horrible.... no self control what so ever. Lol! But usually spinach pizza nommmm!0
