OK EVERYONE, HERE IS TODAY'S DAILY CHALLENGE:

30 MIN WALK OR JOG
30 JUMPING JACKS
50 SIT UPS OR CRUNCHES
30 PUSH UPS
1 MINUTE PLANK POSE
1 MIN JUMP ROPE (YOU DON'T HAVE TO HAVE A ROPE, JUST JUMP IN PLACE W/ AN IMAGINARY ROPE)

DOUBLE CHALLENGE:

IF THIS ISNT ENOUGH OF A CHALLENGE FOR YOU, DOUBLE UP ON EVERYTHING!

AND AS ALWAYS, DRINK UP YOUR OZ.'S OF WATER!!!
