Everyone I've read has used an alternative method other than calorie counting (ex low carb, etc) has plain calorie counting worked for anyone

Hi.. Calorie counting is key for weight loss(its all about energy balance). If you dig deep and count macros and do a bit of strength training then you get into FAT LOSS.1

I do love counting calories. I feel more in control of how much I'm eating daily. Sometimes when you think you're eating within a normal calorie range each day, you're actually eating more. Its been a positive experience for me, so far.2
