muscle versus fat

i went from sedentary to super active every day i am posting my calories and am real close to goal daily and i have not lost anything in 8 days as i am building muscle how does it affect my weight and how much more does muscle weigh than fat

You aren't building muscle. Most likely your increase in activity is causing your muscles to retain water, which will mask weight loss.7

No you have not built significant muscle in 8 days. Muscle gain at a calorie surplus for a teenage male isn't even going to be that significant 8 eight days unless they are on steroids. You may be retaining water because of your increased activity. That will diminish over time. You may not be eating in a significant calorie deficit due to logging errors, or something else. Eight days really isn't enough to know, 3 or better 4 weeks would give a better idea.

You also might want to take some rest days. Going from sedentary to super active every day is a good way to injure something.0

Also muscle is more dense than fat, it doesn't weigh more than fat.1
