Hi everyone if you can relate please get in touch with positive comments and advice for changing bad eating habits of a lifetime!. Shift work is hard when you are a new mum, I need more energy!

    My tip take it one day at a time...you will learn what foods you should eat and avoid!!! Everything in moderation :) Congrats new mom, it will work out I know it will. Wishing you nothing but the success along your journey <3
