?Logging Juicing Calories?

Anybody have suggestions how to accurately log calories for juicing?

Weigh all the fruits & veggies before you juice them. The "pulp" or whatever is left in your machine is fiber. You aren't really getting rid of calories. Fiber is a good thing, it aids digestion and helps regulate blood sugars. Insoluble fiber passes through your body.

Log the calories for all the ingredients that go into your juice.
Turning it into juice doesn't magically reduce the calories or anything. If you make juice from half a cucumber, an apple, and 30 blueberries, you're drinking half a cucumber, and apple, and 30 blueberries.
You're just missing out on all that fiber, which is kind of a shame really.2 -
