How do you all maintain calculations of your net carbs,for a lchf/keto lifestyle? Any suggestions or waysbto manually enter items?

    A lot of items have an entry for net carbs. Just add net carbs to whatever you are searching for.

    Somewhere in settings, you can control what shows up in your food log, you can change your goals there and also change what you see in your food log. I add fiber so I can see that, and subtract it from total carbs for net carbs.
