How does one track the meals you eat when a lot of those meals are "stir fry" or ingredients cooked together? Need help with this, please

Ok...so I'm very new to this; I'm not sure what the "Recipe Builder" is. Where can I find this? Sorry to be so illiterate on this.0

Unless it's something I eat regularly, I just enter the ingredients separately. I use raw weight before cooking.0

To find recipe builder when you go to you diary and add foods just scroll over to recipes and you can add recipes0

But I also just add my ingredients seperate. Once you have added them they are saved and next time you eat the same thing it's easier since you can just click to add0

On the web version, navigate to FOOD > Recipes, then choose either the Add Recipe Manually using the Recipe Builder or copy and paste a URL from a partner recipe website.
You can also use the Old Recipe Calculator on the right-hand side of the same page by clicking Enter New Recipe located under the Old Recipe Calculator.
