Hello! ¡Hola! Hey now! I am up to having new friends and motivation. It's hard to get fit when you've never really thought about exercise as being necessary. I always just played with family and friends. I'm getting older and need to actively work at this fitness thing now. My goal is to maintain my weight and build strength.1

Focus is massive key get that n ur on ur way. I try get up n down the gym 6.30am every morning.

Recovering from surgery but I'm tired of sitting around. Getting back into the gym in full force and welcome anyone who's going to get into the gym even on the worst days.0

I have some health and mobility issues that slow me down from time to time, but I am still VERY active. I:
lift
do gym cardio of various sorts
walk
hike
do dance fitness (Zumba, hip hop, belly fusion, etc.)
take dance classes
do social dancing (mostly Latin)
swim laps
swim outdoors
kayak
roller skate
I pretty much do everything except running. I need to figure out how to add in some yoga/flexibility too.0 -
