    theyre all in NY, we go hiking at different ones every summer when we have days off together....i think the one in these pictures is Buttermilk Falls in Ithaca, NY

    I don't really have many good before pics but I was over 150 and my target is 119lbs (also 5'1")

    This is such an inspiration for me and really helps me see that 119lbs is achievable!
