    you are rocking that blue dress. I am in the same boat as you: weight 180 and 5'0" trying to get down (if I go to 150 I will be static!) Sadly stress has been bad on me getting fit. Good for you, you look beautiful

    WOW - you have done wonderfully. I'm glad to finally see someone in my weight range and what can happen. I'm 5'0" tall and weigh 174 now. I'm down from 189, but 110 is my goal.     Fantastic! I'm in about the same boat - just at the other end. The lowest weight I can remember is about 117 +/-2. 110 would be a dream! Congrats!!!
