Any suggestions to make this dish healthy?

I have egg noodles I was hoping to use up... that's could be a problem for health purposes, right?

  • hungry-girl.com has a tuna noodle casserole recipe in their "300 under 300" book. It's under 300 calories. Their recipes are on the website too :)

1 can (10 oz) low-fat, reduced-sodium cream of mushroom soup, condensed
    1/2 cup skim milk

There is a recipe on skinnytaste.com for it. I tried making it once and it wasnt bad, but it turned out a little dry. If you are ever going to try it I would recommed making a little extra of the sauce!
