Yes you will, which will be a lot of water, but cutting out too much fat is bad for you, as is too large a calorie deficit.
You want to look happy and healthy on your wedding day, not with bad skin and lank hair from a crash diet.2 -

I'm getting married June 12. My dress literally just got to the store yesterday afternoon so I get to go for measurements here in a few days I wanted to loose about 25 pounds before the wedding date, and as of right now I'm a little over halfway there.2

Congratulations to you all, I'm getting married 5th October and can't wait. I need to lose 3-4 stone, I want to look back proudly at my photos. I started March 1st, I find the success stories so motivational and I'd love to be a success one day.
Please feel free to add me
Wishing you all the best on your journey2 -
I am getting married in November and want to lose at least 20 lbs (the weight I've put on since we've been dating, lol). I've been working out and eating right since Mid-February (we gave up sweets for lent) but the scale has yet to move and has even gone up a bit despite a couple of people who I don't see often saying that my face looked thinner. Would love to have an accountability group! Hope you're all meeting your weight loss goals and killing it on the wedding planning!1
