Will this keep 3 days?

Will a mixture of cooked rice, beans, peas & carrots, onions, garlic, brocolli, keep in the fridge for 3 days.

Yeah, sure. You could freeze it too.2

But the veggies i buy are frozen. I did not think i could cook them and refreeze them.

Yes, if it is refrigerated under proper temps, etc. In fact, allowing a mixture to set for several days can make it taste better.1

You can refreeze food if you have cooked it.5

You can refreeze it. It isn't dangerous. The texture may change (or it may not) but it's not going to have food poisoning or anything due to refreezing.1

Yes, I would feel comfortable keeping it for 5 days, or frozen indefinitely regardless of the veggies being frozen to begin with.1

You certainly can.
Once food is thawed in the refrigerator, it is safe to refreeze it without cooking, although there may be a loss of quality due to the moisture lost through thawing. After cooking raw foods which were previously frozen, it is safe to freeze the cooked foods.
