Im so confused! Weight gain??! pls help :(

Cheese was the worst revelation for me (I grate mine now so a serving looks like more!), but I've heard many people complain about peanut butter too!1

I like to break them up to different days, but I weight train for a full hour plus warm up and stretching so anything more than that in 1 day is a bit excessive.0
