Thank you! My kids definitely keep me motivated! A huge unexpected benefit to this journey, my kids are much more aware of the food they consume, which amazingly they decided to do on their own. Feels great to influence them in a such a positive way. And Yes, Go Ducks!0 -

It has been a variety of things (e.g diet, monitoring calories, etc). Really focused on being consistent and not letting myself get down when hitting a plateau. In addition to my family and a few friends, MFP has been big help with maintaining focus to reach my goals.
As for workouts, I do a lot of strength training with supersets to maximize time in the gym and to keep the heart rate up. Weekends is time with the kids and taking the dog for long hikes/runs, which is more fun then working out0 -
