I have joined on and off several times. I feel successful at 40 days in a row. How about you?

Over 3 years, but thanks to missing a single day I'm only at 465 consecutive days.

Since May or June of 2010, I think. But I've been on and off, unfortunately. This time I have to stick with it long term!

About 4.5 months of tracking daily and consistently. Used the app off and on in the past to track my weight or see how many calories I was eating, but finally using it for its intended purpose and it works great!!

I originally joined back in 2012 but wasn't ready. Came back in 2013 after I had my first child and lost all the weight, then used it in 2015/16 when I was pregnant with my second to stay under a 25 lb gain, and now working on the last few pregnancy pounds to get back to goal weight again. I can't imagine life without MFP now, lol. :)

    Congrats on day 40!

I joined back in the summer of 2012 and had a lot of initial success. Dropped from 147 to 130 between July and October of that year. Gained it all back and then some during the holidays. I had a few false starts but overall steady gain since then except for a particularly good run in the summer of 2015 when I dropped from 180 to 155 and then got overwhelmed with work again and stopped logging. Started back a little over 180 again in mid-January and have dropped down to 171. This time...I. Will. Not. Stop. Logging. It's the only way I keep the weight off. I've also gone plant-based to keep me from reaching for the really calorie-dense stuff that tends to make me downward spiral (like fast food) even if I do have a few bad days where I am too busy to log. Good luck to you all on your journeys!

i joined in 2014 but only to loose a couple of kilos and again last year to loose 10 kilos this time after a pregnancy which took 9 months altogether.I only logged my workouts and see my progress. I also enjoy the blog and the community it really motivated me...

Since 2011, I worked at a personal training center in college and that's when I first heard of it and started on it. I'm a pretty thin girl with a super high metabolism, but I work out and try to put on weight the healthy way because I like muscles. I use MFP mainly to make sure I am eating enough calories during the day and to keep my macros in check. It's been a great tool for me!

All up, 15 years. 11 years of trying to restrict calories alone and losing and gaining constantly until I hated myself and wanted to die - the 4 years of low carb and a successful 80 lb loss.

I've been on MFP since 2013. Whenever I decide I've "got this" and stop logging I then regain 20 pounds. For this third time around once I get to maintenance, I'm going to keep logging.

I learn a lot about fitness and exercise here and try to do a challenge here and there to keep it fun.

I just got back in yesterday after my first time on was about 3 years ago. I was doing so good then i stopped for a break plus i was really loosing weight i thought there was something wrong with me. I was just doing so well that the weight was just coming off. Now 25Lbs heavier, it is very hard and i dont have that YES! feeling, i am so upset with myself, i feel that i will not get to where i was before.

    Just over 2 years.

I lost my weight in 2015, and just stayed on maintaining and focusing on my cycling goals.
