New to this group, struggling with weight, health issues. Mainly, I'm so hooked on sugar. I log about 7-9K steps a day and hit my goal of 10K sometimes. Hoping to pick up on hints with for a healthier lifestyle.

I recently convinced hubby to switch from Gatorade to Mio sport. All the sweet orangey goodness without the sugar.1 -
Congrats on helping your hubby to cut the sugar. I can eat a full meal and then crave sugar even though I'm full. I've actually gone from soda to diet soda to unsweet tea to just water. I don't like the flavored waters they always leave an off taste.0
