30 pounds down 10 to go!!!

Hey I'm angel before I started this mission to look and feel good I was 208 I was very unhealthy and non motivated to doing anything. Now I'm 178 and feeling great every day, my goal weight is around 170 I'm still not satisfied but I'll get there and you will too remember it doesn't get easier but if you have fun doing it then that's all that matters keep going!!!
