Hi, I'm currently in my third week of diligent exercise. Mostly at home. Just now understanding that food/nutrition is as important as exercise. Goal is to lose 30. Here's to a new journey improving and yet also loving ourselves at the same time.

    Hi Mama760! My goal is to lose 30lbs too. I just started tracking my food this weekend, What are you doing at home for exercise? I just started a couch to 5k program. Here's hoping to keep the motivation. Well done.
