    Good morning challengers!! Hope everyone had a fantastic weekend and ready to dive in to a new week. You can do this! I'm off in a bit of the wrong direction - but that's OK. DH and I had an insanely active yard work weekend, taking advantage of unusually warm temps. This always means I don't drink enough water and drink too much of those "I worked my butt off so I deserve those margaritas"! Add that to travel in a few days for a long weekend getaway and I'm already behind the curve. Buckling down - I'm hoping to get an afternoon jog in today and tomorrow before leaving town - assuming I can move enough to jog [pretty sore].

    I’m back in again!

    I am plateauing for the past two weeks and am trying to work through it. My weight has been all over the place from 187.8lbs to 191.2. I lose and gain every week and essentially stay where I am. Last week my husband was sick, so I ate fast food for 3 days. (Salt probably has a lot to do with it).

    New since I last posted in this group (previous Holiday Challenge) – I have started the Couch 25K for Treadmill. I ran walked 3 days last week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday) and am moving on to Week 2 today.
