    Hey guys. I was already in the March Challenge and am now aiming to continue my weight loss journey here. I initially started out at 252 lbs on Jan 3rd. Been hitting the gym everyday since. I've currently lost 46 lbs due to developing a love/hate relationship with the dreaded treadmill. Looking forward to continuing the process with you all.

I definitely started (actually) focusing more on what I eat and making time for more movement throughout the day, but also ended up eating a lot of cheat food last week, so I'm happy to see that didn't affect the scale as much as I thought it would.
