I decided to post today because it is my one year anniversary from when I began my weight loss. I am one pound away from reaching a (merely) overweight BMI. I am so glad I made the decision to make these changes in my life. It has been painfully slow at times but it is so worth it! Keep moving forward everyone, WE CAN DO THIS!4 -

I'm finally making some progress, down about 3 lbs each week for the past 2 weeks and I'm feeling good. I've been outside walking with the nicer weather and trying to get in 4-5 workouts each week (on the elliptical). I'm making good choices, even when going out to eat. My biggest weakness is in the drinks - I like my wine and beer too much, but everything in moderation.
