strength class

This will be the first time I have tracked exercise and it was a 45 min strength class (barbell "pump" class at the gym). I have no idea what exercises I did and how many reps/weight. Some one close to my size said she burned about 300 calories based on her heart monitor. Is there a way to generically just add 300 calories and call it "strength class"

I just do "Circuit Training" and change the calories to 3001
