I work graves and it can be challenging to keep up with exercise and using my fitness pal. Any suggestions for counting and watching what I eat. I count a day from when i wake up to when I go to bed. Days I work is from 1 pm to 6 am. Days off are from about 1200 to 1 am. Any ideas?

Third shift is just another hurdle. The biggest thing I found when I went to third shift is really learning the difference between tired and hungry. I work 11p to 8 a. My lunch is supposed to be at 3 am. I found I do better eating it at an earlier break and then not eating at all for the last 7 or so hours I am awake. It is just what my body wants. I also try to walk on my breaks to wake up and lose that tired that can be confused for hungry. Also never carry money into work because my work has vending machines. Exercise wise I try to sneak it at work. It is a big complex, so I grab extra stairs when I can, or lunges when have to walk somewhere.
