1/2 cup natural peanut butter, 1 1/2 scoops chocolate protein powder, 3 bananas, 1/4 cup cocoa powder, and dark chocolate chips!9

These sound really good and addictive! How long did you let them bake and at what temperature? Do you think they freeze fine too? I'm sure that I could probably finish them in a couple of days, but will try not to. haha.2
-
350 for 20 min and yes you can freeze them ☺0
-
I have the Isogenix protein, do you think that will work1
-
Yes I think it will be fine, it told me I shouldn't use whey protein and I did and it turned out great0
-
Did you need to use any baking soda or powder to make them rise? They look yummy by the way and thanks for the recipe.1
-
Nope ! They rise up pretty good0
-
I'm going to try these this week. Thanks for the inspiration!1

What was the banana in there for? (Not a fan of bananas so looking for a substitute)0
-
Pretty sure banana is so you don't use sugar?? Not sure lol don't even know a substitute for it sorry1
-
These look amazing. What are the macros/calories per muffin? I will add it to my recipe builder later, just curious until then, plus it's going to take me forever to convert everything into grams, using cups/spoons/scoops makes me nervous lol (too inaccurate ).
The recipe makes 12, right?0 -

You could use regular or sugar free applesauce ....it just makes them moist

Yes it makes 12 you could make them in a pan if you wanted but I thought it would be easier to help with serving size, I'll look up the macros for it0

Thank you so much, i appreciate it. Please dont go to any bother though.0 -
147 cals a brownie
17 grams carbs
7.5 grams fat
6 grams protein1 -
And you don't have to use the chocolate chips like me it'd save a lot of cals especially on the fat side1

I made the original ones last week. They're pretty good, but not sweet and not really like brownies. More like moist healthy fudge http://thebigmansworld.com/2015/10/05/healthy-3-ingredient-flourless-brownies/0 -

The four ingredient ones were more like fudge too. Tasted okay but not what I was expecting. I have tried 3 or 4 protein brownie recipes and I am STILL looking for one that is more brownie like. All of them so far have either been dry or fudgy.0 -
They're in the oven right now....smells so good! When I entered the recipe (with my specific ingredients) it came out to 9 brownies at ~233 calories each, 28g carbs, 11g fat, 12g protein, and 18g sugar (I added some brown sugar to cut the richness). I used the wild friends brand of vanilla peanut butter. THEY LOOK DELICIOUS!2

I freeze them and have a sweet treat for dessert ! One of the best things I've made1
-
I can't wait to try these. Will be making them on the weekend. I might add a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top1
