    Our weather is crazy! Yesterday we got in two walks. Temps were close too 70F. It started raining, temps dropped. Awoke too a light snow on the ground! Bitterly cold today with temps dropping fast tonight! Go figure! lol...

    Only 1.0 Mile today....was quite a cold and stressful day...ughhhhhhhhhh

    Well I've failed my 6 miles a day goal, but I can still go for the total I guess so it's not all lost

    Feb 6 - 3 km (35 min) walking. Rest day.

    Feb 8 - 6.7 km (80 min) walking + 25 flights of stairs (20 min)

    Feb 9 - 5.4 km (65 min) walking + 30 flights of stairs (24 min)

    Feb 11 - 161.3 km (509 min) cycling ... my 100th century! :) 100 rides of 100 miles. I've cycled a century of centuries now. :)

    Feb 12 - 3.2 km (40 min) hiking up the Stanley Nut. The town is Stanley, and the Nut is a great round land feature with great views from the top.

    Feb 13 - 2.7 km (30 min) walking

    Feb 14 - 7.6 km (95 min) walking + 25 flights of stairs (20 min)

    Can I still join even though the month is halfway over? I have never kept track of how many steps I take a month or the hours I exercised in a month.
