I'm a vegan my 3 year veganversary is next month. I really enjoy being vegan and the options that we have for "mock" items are abundant.
I would like advice on fat release I have zero struggle with protein. I believe if you cook and are open minded protein will be very easy. The only issue I have is getting my body to release unwanted weight.1 -

- omit the water and drain the tomatoes. the recipe has too much liquid in the lentil mix. Also use a smaller dice with carrots and bake the sweet potatoes rather than boil and adding butter.

Not a vegetarian but I love to cook veggie only dishes. From fried cabbage, spinach cakes, stuffed artichokes, zuchinny fritters, grilled eggplant, and more! I'd be happy to share my recipes and learn new ones if that's ok with you1
