I've just started on my diet two days ago I'm looking to get my bum down to 14st but I'm weighing in at 16,2 st at the moment.

I've been tacking my macros for the last two days and today I'm on a low carb day so feeling a tired bit hungry lol.. O well it will be worth it when I'm down to my weight

    Welcome! If you find that doing low can helps you to stay in your calorie goals that's fine but it's not necessary for healthy weight loss. Eat what you want and stay within your calorie budget and you'll lose weight

    I'm carb cycling so I have high, med and low carb days. Keep my protein high tho as I workout 4 to 5 days a week, mostly weight training I do with cardo 2, 3?times a week.
