So for the first time ever, I am doing a 90 day at home work out challenge thanks to the Jillian Michaels Body Revolution program.
Id say im a beginner at this for sure.
Has anyone done this before? Im eating 1500 calories or less, and have done well keeping my diet under control for the most part, but its time to actually get in shape. My stomach is my most hated area.
Hold me accountable! Consistency is my WORST enemy when it comes to fitness. Im hoping that having someone tell me what exactly to do each day is what will work for me.
Unfortunately right now I do not have a HRM, so tracking my calories burned with MFP is going to be a challenge, any insight to that?

Workout 1 of Week 1 went well! I was very pleased to find I could actually keep up with the circuits, and even did a few of the harder modifications. I did have to pause once, to get a drink of water. I am definitely not use to getting no breaks in. I am the Take a Break Queen so that was my toughest issue.
I have minimal soreness today, another good thing. I can feel the burn slightly, but not enough to be hurting.
Excited to see what Workout 2 of Week 1 has in store for me!0 -
HRMs provide better estimates for steady state cardio. The vast majority of JM workouts are circuit training. Just use MFP guesstimates.....but eat back only a portion of calories....say 50-75% (at the beginning). Over time you will figure out how accurate those estimates were (based on your actual results).
There are several JM groups.....that might be a place to find people doing the same workout.
