A Plateau is a lot longer than a few days. You need to be "stuck" at the same weight for a number of weeks before it is a plateau.

If it's been a few days, then it's not a plateau. If you're at 210 now you probably won't reach a huge plateau for a while. Embrace that!!

    True

i have just looked at your diary , i don't think you are eating enough, 1200 is for a sedentry woman, you are not even eating that on days your doing any Exercise...

    Are you eating to enough?

This is just a part of it! please read the link above

Generally someone with a BMI over 32 can do a 1000 calorie a day (2 lbs a week) deficit
With a BMI of 30 to 32 a deficit of 750 calories is generally correct (about 1.5 lbs a week)
With a BMI of 28 to 30 a deficit of 500 calories is about right (about 1 lb a week)
With a BMI of 26 to 28 a deficit of about 300 calories is perfect (about 1/2 lb a week)
and below 26... well this is where we get fuzzy. See now you're no longer talking about being overweight, so while it's still ok to have a small deficit, you really should shift your focus more towards muscle tone, and reducing fat. This means is EXTRA important to eat your exercise calories as your body needs to KNOW it's ok to burn fat stores, and the only way it will know is if you keep giving it the calories it needs to not enter the famine response (starvation mode)

Do you check your weight daily or weekly? Your weight fluctuates anywhere from 2-5 pounds per day depending on water retention and other factors. That's why it's sometimes better to only weigh in on a weekly basis, at the same time each week.

I agree with morganadk2, that you may not be eating enough. Try eating a little more and see if that jump-starts your weight loss. I know it sounds counter-intuitive, but it does actually work. When your body does not have enough food to function, it literally holds on to the fat even more so it can continue feeding itself. If you eat a little more, it'll lessen it's grip on that fat!

    Good luck!

Thanks! I just feel quite down today. I know there are changes to my body but all I see are the places that I need to work on
