Does anyone know why green tea with jasmine ( diplomat) from aldi contain saturated fat??? I quite surprised by this and now im left wondering what other herbal teas is high in saturated fats?

    I've just looked at my Asda green tea with Jasmine and that has not fat of any kind in it and only 1cal per cup.

    Are you seeing this on the packet, or on the MFP database?

    Could you post a photo of the said products nutritional information? That sounds very odd, any saturated fat should be negligible in teas. Only thing that comes to mind if it has some coconut oil or something but still thats weird. You would see oil drops going upwards in your cup :smiley:

    i've just googled green tea with jasmine and could not find a single brand that said it had saturated fat in it.

    @chyna7777 you found a dodgy MFP entry. Someone has entered it into the database wrong, I see 2 entries which have sat fat, one of them says 8g of sat fat in a cup at 8 calories, which is impossible. Find an entry that matches the packet.

    Thank you so much for your feedback guys! Im new to this app so now ill be aware there can be dodgy entries on the app. Im glad because i was enjoying this tea
