Successes: I'm actually exercising! I've started walking again, which is one of my favorite exercises. I can't go very fast, or for very long due to bad knee joints, but I'm moving and exercising! Lost 2 pounds this week!
Struggles: After reading a fellow diet friend's status about her scaling giving her conflicting readings, when she weighed herself several times in a row, I decided to test my scale. Low and behold, mine gave me inconsistent readings as well when I weighed myself 3 times in a row. After replacing the battery my scale now gives me the same reading every time. Unfortunately that means I haven't lost as much weight as I thought. At least I know my beginning weight was accurate, since it was done on my doctor's scale. My weigh-in info has been corrected.4 -

Wasn't eating very well and kind of slipped back into old habbits. At least I hit my goal number of times I want to go to the gym per week.
